The Essential Nectar, Geshe Rabten. Wisdom Publications 2014. Lama Zopa Rinpoche gave an oral transmission “lung” of this text at The Light of the Path Retreat at Black Mountain North Carolina in 2017, and so we are fortunate to have the opportunity to study this text, discuss and follow the guided meditations provided.

Is the second text that we will be using and referencing.
